Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 25, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") governs subscription fees paid to the operator of JobsiteQuote (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and forms part of the JobsiteQuote Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Term and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the rate in effect at the time of billing, currently US $29.00 per month plus applicable taxes. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
2. Cancellation
2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by selecting "Manage billing or cancel" within the Settings area of the Service. No telephone call or written notice is required.
2.2 Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing period in which it is submitted. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period, and you will retain access to the Service through the last day of the paid period.
2.3 Upon the effective date of cancellation, all login links, verification codes, and active sessions associated with your account will be deactivated, and access to the Service will cease. Your Subscriber Content will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be restored if you reinstate an active subscription during the applicable retention period.
3. Refunds
3.1 No refunds for partial periods. Except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partially used billing periods, unused features, or periods in which the Service was not used.
3.2 Billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, including duplicate charges or charges following a properly submitted cancellation, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge. Upon verification, we will refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method.
3.3 Discretionary refunds. The Company may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in circumstances not otherwise provided for in this Policy. Any such refund or credit shall not obligate the Company to provide a refund or credit in the future.
3.4 Statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
4. Failed Payments and Suspension
If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor may attempt to collect payment again over a limited period. If payment is not successfully collected, your subscription will be cancelled or suspended, and access to the Service will be deactivated as described in Section 2.3 until payment is made or a new subscription is purchased.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer rather than contacting us to resolve a billing concern, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so that we may resolve the matter promptly.
6. Reinstatement
You may reinstate your subscription at any time by purchasing a new subscription through the Service website. Upon successful payment, a new login link will be delivered to your subscription email address.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time by posting the amended Policy to the Service. Amendments shall apply only to billing periods commencing after the effective date of the amendment.
